How do I get my Equifax credit score?

Short answer

Your Equifax credit score is free with a myEquifax account. Sign up, then choose "Get my free credit score" to join Equifax Core Credit, which shows a daily VantageScore 3.0 based on Equifax data. The sign-up form takes an SSN or ITIN. A credit report, such as the free one from AnnualCreditReport.com, doesn't include a score.

Report and score are not the same

Equifax says scores are calculated from the information in your credit reports but aren't part of the reports. That's why a free report comes without a number.
